30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return for any reason.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- In the same condition as when you received it
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions
- Package the item securely and ship it to the address we provide
Return Shipping Costs
We cover return shipping if:
- You received a defective or damaged item
- We sent you the wrong item
- The item has confirmed manufacturing quality issues
You are responsible for return shipping if:
- You changed your mind about the purchase
- The item didn't fit as expected
- You didn't like the color or style
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you of the approval status via email within 3 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days
- For qualified returns where the item is not defective, original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive the correct item as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it hasn't yet been prepared for shipment. Once an order enters the fulfillment process, it cannot be canceled and must be returned upon receipt following our standard return procedure.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons:
- Intimate apparel (underwear, swimwear)
- Accessories marked as final sale
- Items that show signs of wear or damage caused by the customer
- Items without original tags or packaging
Warranty Coverage
All ASKSA products are covered against manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery. A manufacturing defect is defined as a fault in materials or workmanship that occurred during production.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Accidents, misuse, or improper care
- Incorrect washing, drying, or ironing methods
- Normal wear and tear
- Alterations by unauthorized parties
