30-days Warranty Policy

  1. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal usage conditions.

  2. The warranty period starts from the date the customer receives the product.

  3. Depending on the specific issue, valid claims may be resolved through repair, replacement, or refund.

Quality Assurance Options

  1. Refunds: Partial refund / Full refund / Refund upon return.

  2. Reshipment: Resend part of the order / Send a new replacement.

Warranty Limitations

  1. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper washing, drying, or ironing.

  2. Warranty is limited to manufacturing defects and does not include normal wear and tear.

  3. Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or negligence.

  4. Warranty is void if the product has been altered, modified, or repaired by unauthorized parties.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. To cancel, please contact us. Once we receive the cancellation request, we will process it within 48 hours. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled and will be treated as returns.
If your cancellation is successful, the refund will be returned to your PayPal or the corresponding credit card account within 3-5 business days. If you do not receive the refund within this timeframe, please contact us.

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. We offer a 15-day return policy: you have 15 days from the date you receive the product to request a return.

  2. To request a return or exchange, please contact us. We will respond within 48 hours. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. For exchanges, after we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund within 48 hours. You may repurchase your desired product afterward.

  3. Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and, if confirmed, send a replacement.

  4. Important Note: Items damaged due to customer mishandling or misuse are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  1. If the item has a quality issue or was damaged during shipping, we will cover the return shipping cost. Once we receive your return proof, the shipping cost will be reimbursed to the bank account specified by the customer.

  2. If the customer received the item in good condition but no longer wants it, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds

  1. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, we will process the refund, which will be automatically applied to your credit card or PayPal account.

  2. Your bank or credit card company may take 3-5 business days to process and post the refund. Refunds are typically completed within 7 business days. If you do not receive your refund within this period, please contact us.
