Shipping Destinations & Costs

ASKSA mainly serves United States,Ireland, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Poland, Denmark, Germany, France, Finland, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Spain, Italy, United Kingdom, Canada. We can also ship to other countries. 

  • Free Shipping is offered on all orders over $45.
  • Orders under $45 will be charged a standard shipping fee of $4.
  • At checkout, you can choose your destination country to confirm if shipping is available for your region.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in China. Final delivery is completed by your local courier or postal service.

  • United States ,Australia,Canada: 7–15 business days
  • Ireland, Belgium, Poland, Denmark, Germany, France, Finland, Netherlands, Czech Republic,, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Spain, Italy, United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
  • Other Countries: 7–15 business days

*Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Order Handling Time

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
  • Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after shipping.
  • You can track your order at: 17track.net
  • If you're unable to track your package, please reach out to us. We'll assist you within 24 hours.

Shipping Notes

  • We ship to residential, commercial, and PO Box addresses (except for certain carriers).
  • Shipping times are based on business days (Monday to Friday).
  • During peak seasons or major holidays, delivery may be delayed by an additional 3–5 days.
  • All shipments originate from Xiamen or Shenzhen, China.
  • Ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for lost items due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • If your package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. For delivery issues, please contact your local postal service.
  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen events beyond our control may occasionally cause delays. We’re here to help in such cases.

Import Duties & Taxes

  • Transparency First: All duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • In most cases, no extra charges apply, but this may vary depending on the destination country's policies.

Customs & Compliance

  • Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the items purchased comply with their local import regulations.
  • Orders shipping to the U.S. must adhere to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations.
  • We recommend contacting your local customs office for the latest information before placing an order.

Changing the Shipping Address

  • If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible to update your shipping address.
  • If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the address. Any issues or extra costs arising from an incorrect address will be the customer's responsibility. However, we will do our best to assist you in contacting the shipping carrier.
  • If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can re-ship it to your corrected address at no additional cost.
